Itinerary Details

Day 01: New Delhi (ARRIVAL)

Welcome to New Delhi! When you arrive at the Delhi Airport, our representative will be there to assist you to your hotel. You can spend the rest of the day at the Akshardham Temple. Overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 02: New Delhi

After breakfast, you will go on a local sightseeing tour of New Delhi.
You will first visit the Red Fort, also known as Lal Quila. This fort, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, took nine years to complete and is made of red sandstone, featuring two main gates. It’s a symbol of the Mughal era’s glory.
Next, you will stop by Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. This simple black stone structure has an eternal flame and honors the man who changed the world with his ideas.
You will also visit the Bahai Temple, or “The Lotus Temple,” which is known for its unique lotus design. (It is closed on Mondays.)
Then, head to Qutub Minar, a stunning example of Afghan architecture. This 73-meter tall brick minaret was built by Qutub-ud-din Aibak and features five stories adorned with carvings and scriptures.
Lastly, visit Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage site built in 1570. This remarkable structure, created by Humayun’s wife Haji Begum, influenced the design of the Taj Mahal.
Drive past the India Gate, which honors the 90,000 Indian Army soldiers who lost their lives in service. You will also stroll along Rajpath, which connects the Rashtrapati Bhavan to India Gate. Enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 03: New Delhi-Agra (203 KMS/126 Miles/ 5 hrs)

A Drive from Delhi to Agra.
Upon your arrival at Agra, check in to a pre-booked hotel. Rest for a while following which you would be taken on a sightseeing tour of the historic Agra city. The Taj receives a huge influx of tourists from all over the globe.
The Taj Mahal is a must-see for anyone visiting Agra. Built by Shah Jahan as a memorial for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, this stunning white marble structure took 22 years to complete. Designed by Persian architect Ustad Isa, it features beautiful domes, intricate carvings, and impressive inlay work. Its symmetry and design make it truly remarkable.

AGRA FORT – a red sandstone structure built by Akbar in 1565 AD, is encircled by a chahar-bagh garden. Inside lies the stunning Pearl Mosque, a major tourist site on the Yamuna River. Akbar commissioned the fort from 1563 to 1573, highlighting exquisite architecture with its impressive gates and moat. After visiting Agra Fort, we will head to the Baby Taj, or Itmad-Ud-Daulah, whose interiors are said to surpass those of the Taj Mahal. This beautiful mausoleum was built by Nur Jahan in 1628 for her father, Itmad-Ud-Daulah, a notable figure in the Mughal Court.

Day 04: Agra- Jaipur ( 250 KMS/ 156 Miles/5 hrs)

This city is part of the Agra district. It was originally established by Maharana Sangram Singh of the Sikriwal Rajput clan. Captivated by the charm of this city, Akbar besieged it seven times, and on his final attempt, he successfully captured it. Consequently, the Rajputs were forced to abandon it, and it has since been known as Fatehpur (meaning conquered) Sikri. Visitors can experience the blend of both Rajput and Mughal influences in this city of Uttar Pradesh. After appreciating the allure of Fatehpur Sikri, the journey continues to Jaipur, the pink city of Rajasthan. Jaipur is home to numerous sites that narrate the tales of the valiant Rajputs from this arid region. Notable landmarks include the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Jaigarh Fort, Amer Fort, and Sish Mahal, among many other historical treasures that adorn this city. In Jaipur, traditional and modern cultures have fused seamlessly, making it one of the premier tourist destinations for global travelers. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be escorted to your hotels. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy, allowing you to indulge in shopping at the local markets of the city.

Day 05: Jaipur

A visit to Forts and Palaces today and first monument you are going to see Post Breakfast is Hawa Mahal.
HAWA MAHAL – The ornamental facade of this “Palace of Winds” is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-storey structures consist of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.
Now you will drive to Amber Fort where you may enjoy Elephant ride what most of the Tourists wish to do & it can be booked at additional cost. Located amidst the picturesque and rocky Aravalli Hills, Amber Palace is a not-to-be-missed place to in Jaipur. The foundation stone of this palace was laid by Raja Man Singh I and was completed by Mirja Raja Jai Singh.
JAL MAHAL – Jal Mahal or the Water Palace is one of the classic names in the list of Rajputana architecture which is located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. It is a five-storey building, of which four storeys remain underwater when the lake is filled.
CITY PALACE – A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.
JANTAR MANTAR – This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use.
Now if time permits either you may enjoy some Shopping in near market independently. Shopping is superb in Jaipur, particularly for gold and silver jewelry, pottery, tie-dye materials, silk, saris, wooden handicrafts and carpets.

GOVIND DEV JI TEMPLE – Jaipur dearly holds a great Vaishnava temple, commonly known as Govindji temple or Govind Dev Ji temple located in the City Palace complex.

Day 06: Jaipur- Departure

Post Breakfast check out from the Hotel and either you can book return Journey from Jaipur Airport or Drive to New Delhi for your onward destination.
