Ashtavinayak Yatra (02 Nights & 03 Days Pilgrimage Tour)

Embark on a soul-soothing journey through Maharashtra’s divine spiritual circuit with our Ashtavinayak Yatra, a sacred pilgrimage covering the eight revered temples of Lord Ganesha. Spanning three spiritually enriching days, this tour takes you to the self-manifested and historically significant temples, each with its unique legend and spiritual aura.

Itinerary Details

Day 1: Mumbai – Pali – Mahad – Pune (350 Kms/ 8 hrs)

Pickup from Mumbai Airport or Railway station and begin your divine journey towards the sacred Ballaleshwar Temple at Pali, one of the eight Ashtavinayak shrines. This temple is unique as it is the only Ganesha temple known by the name of his devotee – Ballal. After darshan at Pali, proceed to Mahad to visit the Varadvinayak Temple. This self-manifested (“Swayambhu”) idol is housed in a serene village environment in Khalapur Taluka of Raigad District. After the divine blessings, continue your drive to Pune. Overnight stay in Pune.

Day 2: Pune – Theur – Morgaon – Siddhatek – Ranjangaon – Pune (300 Kms/ 7 hrs)

After an early breakfast, begin with a visit to Chintamani Temple in Theur, dedicated to Lord Ganesha as the reliever of worries. Proceed to Moreshwar Temple in Morgaon, built from black stone and known as the starting and ending point of the Ashtavinayak Yatra. Continue to Siddhatek, home to the Siddhivinayak Temple, uniquely located on the banks of River Bhima and believed to grant spiritual strength. End your day’s temple tour with a visit to Mahaganpati Temple at Ranjangaon, renowned for its massive Ganesha idol and a sacred site associated with Lord Shiva. Return to Pune. Overnight stay in Pune.

Day 3: Pune – Lenyadri – Ozar – Drop at Mumbai

After breakfast and checkout, head to Lenyadri to visit the unique Girijatmaj Temple, set within ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves. This is the only Ashtavinayak temple located on a mountain. Continue to Ozar to seek blessings at the Vigneshwar Temple, situated on the banks of the Kukadi River and near the Yedgaon Dam. After completing your darshan, begin the return journey. Drop at Mumbai / Pune Airport or your preferred location.
