Itinerary Details

Day 01: Arrival Delhi & Delhi to Shimla (340 Kms/ 6 – 7 Hrs)

Arrival at Delhi Airport/ Railway station. Meet and assist. Drive to Shimla-Summer capital of India during British period. On arrival, Shimla Check-in to your Hotel. Rest of the free for Individual activities. Overnight Shimla.

Day 02: Shimla: Full day sightseeing

Today breakfast proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India’s one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Also visit Jakhoo Temple. Shimla’s landmarks – the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church (built in 1850’s) and the neo – Tudor library building – are worth seeing. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Shimla to Kullu Manali (280 Kms/ 10 Hrs)

After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 04: Manali - Local sightseeing

After breakfast local sightseeing of Manali “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “CLUB HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller-skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Mall Road, Van Vihar, and “VASHIST” Well known for its hot Sulphur springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Manali to Excursion to Rohtang Pass

Today enjoy excursion to Rohtang Pass also called Snow point- enjoy the beauty of year-round snow caped mountains. Tourists can enjoy Snow Scooter, Ski Ride, mountain biking. Famous tourist spot Rohtang Pass is closed during Jan to April month due to heavy glaciers all around and so tourist activities can be spotted in Solang Valley during that period. Overnight Manali.

 

Note: Rohtang Pass will be closed on Tuesday. (Rohtang Pass will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guest)

Day 06: Manali to Dharamshala - Local Sightseeing (240 Kms/ 7 Hrs)

Travel by surface to Mc Leodganj (Dharamsala), magnificently set to the background of the Dhauldhar mountains and the seat of his Holiness, the Dalai Lama, the leader of the Tibetans, since 1960. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening half day city tour visiting Dal Lake, Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Dharamshala to Dalhousie Local Sightseeing (130 Kms/ 4 Hrs)

Morning leave for Dalhousie. Arrive and check in at hotel. Day at leisure to pamper yourself at the small-town famous for its scenic beauty. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Dalhousie Local Sightseeing - Khajjiar Tour

After Breakfast proceed for sightseeing. Flow through a mesmerizing experience. The vast emerald green meadow of Khajjiar with its thick forested slopes of deodhars, the stupendous mountain views from Lakkar Mandi. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09: Dalhousie to Katra (260 Kms/ 8 Hrs)

After Breakfast check out and drive to Katra, check in the Hotel, Overnight at Katra Hotel.

Day 10: Katra to Vaishno Devi via Katra

After Breakfast start trekking 13 KM for Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, you can hire horse or Palki also from the shrine board. Enjoy get together with your travel companions. “Jai Mata Di”. Evening trek 13 Km back to Katra. Overnight at Katra Hotel.

Day 11: Katra to Amritsar via Wagah Border & Local Sightseeing (260 Kms/ 4.5 Hrs)

Morning check out transfer by surface to Amritsar. On reaching Amritsar, directly transfer to Wagah Border visit. Later transfer to the hotel. Evening visits the Golden Temple (The famous Sikh pilgrim place) and other interesting sights. Overnight at hotel

Day 12: Amritsar to Chandigarh (300 Kms/ 4 Hrs)

After Breakfast drive to Chandigarh. Evening visiting the famous Rock Garden – the lifetime dreams of Mr. Nek Chand, Sukhna Lake – the beautiful lake that is the major attraction of Chandigarh. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13: Chandigarh to Delhi Departure (250 Kms/ 4.5 Hrs)

Morning check out from Chandigarh. In time drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival drop at Airport/ Railway station for onward journey.
